so that start.mydomain.com goes to http://partnerpage.google.com/your_domain.com.
For the case of your website created with Page Creator or Google
Sites, it is possible to use http://www.mydomain.com or http://mydomain.com
go to a Home page for the website GApps generated website and the url
will remain the same. You may have your own website through Blue Host.
